Get Ready, Rock Ready! This is a 45 minute physically demanding high intensity group training session, which will help you achieve your goals on the big wall. Expect many bodyweight exercises, unconventional methods of training, and some free weights and kettlebells. No two sessions are alike! Anyone and everyone is welcome!
