This class uses kicks, punches, elbows and knees and military style calisthenics to get you in the best shape of your life. The class is designed for all levels of experience and it’s a great way to work on your conditioning regardless of whether you are just starting, and are looking to get in shape, or a more advance student looking to better your skills.
