In this vinyasa class, we will dynamically link the flowing nature of the breath with the mindful, continual movement and creative sequencing. This heat-building practice is based on the principles of the Fluid Vinyasa method and will not only increase strength and flexibility, but also train the mind to be more content and relaxed throughout most difficult challenges on and off the mat.

Mandy enjoys the challenging nature of yoga. Whether it’s working on a new pose or discovering different ways to relax the mind. She believes that practicing yoga can connect you to your soul and allow you to find your place in the universe. Join Mandy for Monday’s 6 PM Vinyasa class. The continuous flow of movement will improve your balance, strength, flexibility, and breathing. All levels welcome! Remember to bring self- acceptance and your adventurous spirit.
