While we love the hustle of living life to the fullest, life can easily feel overwhelming. This calming, nurturing class promotes the effects of conscious relaxation and is particularly beneficial for coping with insomnia, fatigue and an overstimulated nervous system. Restore, refresh, renew.

 

Please bring your own yoga mat or towel for your yoga practice. All yogis must be spread out 6ft apart. Prior to beginning our outdoor recreational yoga experiences we will measure & mark the yoga spots, each 6ft apart for you all to set your mat up.

Mandy enjoys the challenging nature of yoga. Whether it’s working on a new pose or discovering different ways to relax the mind. She believes that practicing yoga can connect you to your soul and allow you to find your place in the universe. Join Mandy for Monday’s 6 PM Vinyasa class. The continuous flow of movement will improve your balance, strength, flexibility, and breathing. All levels welcome! Remember to bring self- acceptance and your adventurous spirit.
